I don’t feel like this week will be perfect by any means, as we are being reminded to retreat and listen, and to open our hearts to have understanding for what we are going through. The first card this week, Fresh Air, has a few meanings for me. We moved out to the country, and the nature and space surrounding me has been so refreshing and replenishing for me. The trees, the stars, the birds and animals, it’s amazing out here. Since starting working full time again, the time I take for myself and connecting to nature has been less and less. This card today is a reminder for me, that exercise and fresh air is what I am needing. I’ll be heading out for a walk right after this reading! I got rid of my plants when we moved in the summer, as they were the same plants I had since I moved out as a teenager. Now that I am in my new home, I am missing my plants dearly, and I have been thinking about finding some new ones for my home for the last few weeks. This is a confirmation for me to get on it! I have also been dreaming about the garden I am going to grow this year, since I never had the proper space before. It also is a reminder to me to take time for my relationship… Which also gets put to the side, due to work, kids and life, and trying to fit it all in. So today (and throughout the week), spend time connecting to nature and making time for your relationships as much as possible too. The second card, Listen, reminds us that we are being guided all the time. When you are out in nature, be still, and take the time to listen to what everything around you is communicating to you. This is also a repeat card from a reading I did recently, so again, it’s a reminder to ease your worries, and listen to the guidance that comes. I am not sure if anyone else has been experiencing this, but for the last couple months, I have been having a ringing or buzzing in my ear happen quite frequently. I ask to hear guidance more clearly, and I do believe my ear chakras are opening more clearly to guidance, but I also feel like most of our guidance comes from our heart, from the way we feel. Take some time in nature, and feel the breeze on your face, touch the trees, hear the birds flying overhead, and listen to how you feel. Everything around us is sending us messages all the time, if we can tune into it. After I just spoke about listening to our heart, I realize the 3rd card is Heart Chakra. A perfect confirmation that the answers we seek rest in our heart. We may not understand the things we are going through, or why we have to learn the lessons we do, or even understand the lesson being taught to us at all… But the more you tune into your heart, the more you can understand, and find peace and joy. It is safe to open your heart at all times! Don’t live in fear of a broken heart, because the lessons we learn are so much deeper than what we think we are experiencing. (As my left ear starts ringing!!) This card is also a repeat card, so anyone who has had it before, it is a reminder to keep working on opening that heart up more and more! 

Fresh Air – The Angels sent this card to you because you need some fresh air. You’ve been indoors far too long, and your body and soul crave oxygen. Open the windows in your home and office to air them out, then go outside and breathe deeply. If you live in the city, make an escape to the country as soon as possible to breathe some much-needed fresh air. Keep plenty of live plants in your home and office to ensure steady circulation of oxygen. Get some sunshine, or maybe take a trip somewhere sunny. Spent time around trees and plants. Bring some “fresh air” into a stale situation or relationship. 

Listen – You received this card because the Angels wish to get their messages through to you. They ask that you talk less and listen more. (When we are stressed, we tend to chatter out of nervousness.) Give your worries to the Angels, and trust that they have heard your prayers. If it seems they’re not answering your prayers, it’s probably because your not listening to their answers. So retreat to a quiet place with the intention of listening to your Angels. Then close your eyes, breathe deeply… And listen. Your hearing is becoming more sensitive because you’ve been tuning in to the Angels. Clear your ear chakras by visualizing light clearing the area above each eyebrow. 

Heart Chakra – The Angels gave you this card because the answer to your question rests within your heart. The more you open your heart, the more love, joy, and peace you’ll feel. You can open your heart chakra by asking the Angels to send their healing energy, by visualizing your heart surrounded by pink light, by inhaling the fragrance of pink roses, by holding or wearing Rose quartz crystal, and by focusing on love. Send light and love to your heart chakra.
