The crystals I am working with for the week are Chrysoprase, Unakite and Snakeskin Jasper. I use these crystals to connect to your energy, to connect to the message meant for you, and to send the healing properties of the crystal to you.
Chrysoprase – Connected to nature. Profoundly mood-lifting, cheering, supportive, and healing for the spirit. Helps in times of depression, sadness or coping with the darker, more challenging periods of life. It can help us to let go of anger, and focus on the positive, rather than being overwhelmed by the negative, and remind us of what we have to be grateful for – definitely a “glass half full” sort of crystal. For acceptance and self-acceptance.
Unakite – Helps you to visualize the things you desire in your life. Helps balance your emotions, bringing you more into alignment spiritually. It will assist you to sleep better, and will also help to relieve stress. It will help any addictive habits that you have had difficulty dealing with, as it helps you to break through the barriers that are keeping you down. It brings serenity and optimism about the future. This is a good stone to use during the difficult situations the world is undergoing right now. If you have been feeling depressed or feeling that you don’t know what the future holds for you, this stone is here to help you. A stone of love, especially self-love.
Snakeskin Jasper – A protective and calming stone. Guards against negativity, shields from psychic attacks, and also protects from temptations which would be harmful or damaging. Helps with dream recall and offers insight into difficult situations. An anti-anxiety stone, it assists in times of worry or conflict.
Things have been so hard. I know I keep saying relief is on the way and we will turn a corner… and I truly believe we will, that there will be a time when we feel much better than we have lately… but we also have to remember that life is always going to challenge us. There are always going to be bumps we have to contend with. Really, the quicker you drop your expectations of life always being perfect, the better your experience will be. It reminds me of a book I’m reading in my college class right now, and she talks about her day using a balloon analogy. As things go wrong in her day, she blows into the balloon. Eventually it blows. She repeats the day again, only this time, taking breaks in between the events and releases some of the stress with healthy coping strategies, as represented by letting out some air from the balloon instead of it blowing. We have to maintain a healthy balance. Even if it’s 5 mins you take for yourself, let out some air. We have been going through dark times, many people have been struggling. Nature is going to be very healing this week. You will notice moments of nature healing you. Spend time outside when you need a minute to breathe. I especially like to look at the stars at night. Doing these things will help you feel better, and remind you of all the things to be thankful for. I stand outside every night and let my thoughts about the Universe blow my mind. Feeling so small and inquisitive reminds me of how lucky I am to be alive and living this existence. How graced I am to witness such beauty. We are bombarded with so much negativity in our day to day lives… make sure to balance that with time to release it all. There is also a lot here about loving ourselves. This is a major journey we are awakening to. The more you love yourself, the easier it is to be cheerful and feel happy and positive. The positive mindset is important because we are attracting the things we believe, the things we think about. If we can keep ourselves more balanced and centred, we can keep ourselves from spiralling. YOU NEED STRESS RELIEF. You need to do what works for you to be able to let the shit go. When you are less stressed, you will sleep better and everything will function more efficiently. Don’t let worries control your life. Take back control. You can be strong and break any habits that are holding you back. Getting some spiritual treatments and getting aligned always helps. Spirit wants us to feel good about ourselves, and to feel good about the future. How can we love Mother Earth, if we do not love ourselves? There is so much negativity in the world, and we cannot and must not give in. We must believe in goodness and positivity. To be truthful, if you feel positive, it doesn’t even matter what the future holds, because it’s always perfect. Life is an amazing series of beautiful miracles. Protect yourself from negativity this week. Don’t absorb it from others, and recognize it in yourself and let it go. Be patient with yourself and others. Love yourself, like you would another. There is also a lot going on in dreams. I have been dreaming so intensely this week! This morning, the rest of my family was saying the same, so be prepared and try to write them down if you can. Let’s see what the cards have to say!
What perfect cards!! (I say that every week, ha ha) Spirit wants us to shake off the stress. To dance and have fun and celebrate our life. There is so much to be thankful for. Moving is the best way to release energy, so get out for a walk in nature, dance, work out, whatever helps you to let go of stress. Not only should we do this to let go of stress, but also to express ourselves and our individuality. We are in this phase of transformation and spring is nearly here. We are rebirthing in ways that are so beautiful, that are beyond what we could ever expect or imagine. Being more fully present with life is going to make everything feel happier and more fulfilling. This is a time to feel renewed as Spring arrives. It always feels like the darkness will last forever, like winter will never leave… but the light always returns and spring always comes. It always does. Shed what you no longer need to carry as you head into spring. Let your Spirit be refreshed! Flow with these cycles of life, and have faith. Enjoy your life now, this very moment, this very day. Even if things are hard, take a break to enjoy. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
