The crystals I am working with for the week are Prasiolite, Rose Quartz and Amethyst. I use these crystals to connect to your energy, to connect to the message meant for you, and to send the healing properties of the crystal to you.
Prasiolite – A stone of originality and courage. Fosters self-reliance. A prosperity stone, said to attract abundance. Clears negativity. It can help strengthen and express emotions, as well as the mind and will. It is also said to be highly beneficial for prophesy.
Rose Quartz – A stone of unconditional love that opens the heart chakra. Enhances every type of love. Bringing love into life and daily situations not only brings inner warmth, but it also lowers stress and soothes those around it. Rose Quartz also inspires the love of beauty, in oneself and others, in nature, and especially that which stimulates the imagination – art, music and the written word. A very happy stone. It is used to raise self-esteem and gives a strong sense of self-worth. Its loving energies teach us to apply this love to ourselves and thereby find ourselves more worthy. It is used to balance emotions and bring peace and calm. This calm emotional balance brings stress relief and easing of anxiety. All these things carry energies of forgiveness, tolerance, and compassion, enabling us to see the good in both ourselves and others.
Amethyst – A meditative and calming stone which promotes calm, balance, and peace. It is used to eliminate impatience. Increases spirituality and enhances intuition and psychic powers of all kinds. It is used to open one’s channels to telepathy, past life regression, clairaudience, clairvoyance, and communication with angels. It is a stone of protection. Promotes peacefulness, happiness, and contentment. Brings emotional stability and inner strength and helps to enhance flexibility and cooperation. To be flexible at need is a sure sign of strength. Well known as a sobriety stone. It is used to assist in getting rid of addictions to alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc, and destructive compulsive behaviours of all kinds.
We are getting stronger and standing on our own two feet. People can choose to be negative if they want, but truly enlightened people are self-aware, and know that they don’t need (or want) any part of that. It’s all about perspective. If you are getting upset with someone, it might be time to look at how you cope with situations, and the perspectives you are choosing to see. We are the key to our own happiness. If you can’t be willing to be open to others, to consider other viewpoints, to be accepting and loving despite differences in opinion.. then you may be a part of the problem. It’s exactly how we learn and grow in life… seeing how we handle things and how we can do better. You have to be the one who makes the best of life. You have to take what you get and do what you can with it. When does getting upset ever make anything better? It never does, and makes everyone feel worse, especially yourself. You have to try to let go of the negativity as much as you can. Be strong and have courage. The only person you need to rely on is yourself. Nobody else is going to change your life for you. Only you can embrace your power and do that. You have to be true to who you are… and not allow people to affect you. I don’t need anybody to believe in me… The only thing that matters is that I believe in myself. Love and appreciate yourself for who you are. Embrace the beauty in your life. You might not be everyone’s cup of tea, and that is ok! Don’t let negative experiences derail you. Take time to compose your emotions and respond as lovingly as possible. We can’t keep allowing ourselves to be affected by stress, anxiety and negativity, because it will be destructive to our health and well-being. See the good in everyone, especially when it’s hard. We have to have patience. Find ways to stay calm, balanced and peaceful. We want to be happy. It’s much harder if you keep listening to the naysayers. To be able to be flexible at need is a sure sign of strength. Let’s see what the cards say for the week ahead.
Breathing is the perfect way to release negative energy. When you feel yourself getting upset, take time to breathe. Really consider what you are feeling, and how you can let it go or see it from a different perspective. Find the inner you, that isn’t bothered by the world around you. See your own magic and beauty. When we try to push too hard and expect too much, all we do is exhaust our energy. Slow down a little. Relax your expectations a little. Try to find patience when you feel yourself getting upset. Stop to smell the roses, breathe in the sunlight, and release the darkness – and miracles will appear. Breathe and release constrictions and anxiety, for there is no need for tension. Your heart knows what the ego resists learning, so just keep working towards improving. Slow and steady wins this race. You will indeed win if you relax, stay the course, trust your intuition, and breathe. It’s time to get out of your head and into your heart. This doesn’t mean not to think, it just means not to dwell on unimportant, misleading or negative thinking. It’s ok to have made mistakes, as long as we keep trying to do better. Keep your life simple. Over-thinking just heightens your emotions and makes everything more complicated. Focus on the steps you are going to take to claim your prosperous life. Forgive the people who piss you off or hurt you. Let go of any accumulated burdens. Unchain yourself from the past, and from negativity. Mend your life in any areas that you know are broken. Allow yourself to be healed and feel whole. Set yourself free. Ask yourself in every situation, what would love do? Don’t blame anyone else. You get to start again, wiser and more mature. You are now that much closer to achieving what truly fulfills you. Nothing is ever lost when viewed from this perspective.
