The crystals I am working with for the week are Jasper Mookaite, Aragonite and Tiger Iron. I use these crystals to connect to your energy, to connect to the message meant for you, and to send the healing properties of the crystal to you.
Jasper Mookaite – Use to connect with elemental Earth powers for increasing self-confidence, self-worth, and to realize one’s full potential. An ideal tool for overcoming procrastination by revealing the true reason for avoiding certain tasks and bringing the motivation needed to resolve the issue. Its constant energy keeps one focused and grounded while soothing the mind and quieting distracting thoughts. It is great for focusing on a specific goal or for a motivational boost in the workplace. It emanates the energy of animal knowing, or instinct, and may be used to amplify one’s own instincts when making decisions.
Aragonite – Encourages conservation and caring for the Earth. They are said to clear blocked ley lines and aid geopathic stress. Assists healing and balancing of the emotional body, and help you to overcome stress and anxiety. They send light out in a variety of different directions, to create an outcome of heightened light and energy in their surroundings. They relieve anger and resentment, and they are known to help you if you have anxiety, stress or other negative emotional feelings. Increases energy. Boosts self-confidence and feelings of self-worth.
Tiger Iron – A stone of clarity, particularly clarity of knowledge, enabling one to see the truth below the apparent surface of issues. Tiger Iron also helps with creative endeavors and all types of artistic abilities. It is used to bring strength, vitality, confidence, willpower, and balance. It is an excellent stone for people wishing to bring more motivation to their lives. A stone of good luck.
I don’t know about you guys, but I have been so exhausted and depleted lately. The path forward seems so unclear… I’ve been asking for signs of guidance from Spirit to inspire me. This morning, I had a beautiful owl fly alongside my vehicle on the way to town. It was so amazing. It flew alongside of us for a while, then slowly made it’s way in front of my vehicle and then flew to the tree beside us and landed. We were going slow, so we stopped and were in complete awe as my son and I looked at him. It was the perfect sign of guidance, and exactly what I had been asking for. “Owl is a symbol of being able to navigate any darkness in our life. This Spirit brings clarity, prophetic inklings, and a strong connection with the mystical world. When Owl wings its way into your life, you have the opportunity to become far more observant. Settle down on that tree limb and watch. You’ll be amazed at how much life goes by when you’re not running around so much.” The Owl is a perfect symbol of the change and transition we are experiencing now. For those of you who don’t know me personally, my 7 year old son just recently finished 3 years of chemo treatment for leukemia and is now dealing with some additional health challenges. It’s been hard for us, and I’ve been worrying a lot lately. The Owl is such a perfect sign for me that I can navigate this dark time, and we will get through it. I feel like I’m just running all the time, and the Owl is another reminder to slow down. (Also, I’ve been loving the song Slow It Down by Mike Posner!!) We truly are always being guided by Spirit, and whenever you feel lost, ask for signs and have patience. They will show up. I have been procrastinating about a lot of things in my life lately… and yes, it is because I’m exhausted and depleted… but why am I exhausted and depleted? There is an underlying cause and reason that needs to be looked at. Maybe we aren’t being offered the support we need in life… or maybe we are hoping to rely on others, when we shouldn’t be. We may be giving too much and not receiving enough in return. Perhaps we need our own space to find our own motivations. The Jasper Mookaite is going to help us understand what is holding us back, and help give us the motivation we need to move forward. We have to realize our own potential… we cannot keep living just to please others. We hold ourselves back from our full potential when we live in complete service to others and constantly put ourselves on the back burner. Jasper Mookaite also facilitates animal knowing, so it is no surprise for the Owl Spirit to come visit today. When we are so overwhelmed with stress and resentment, and don’t spend enough time with ourselves to release it, it builds up and creates anxiety. Resenting other people, or life in general, only hurts us… so find ways to get your own footing in life. Make your own choices and be responsible for your own freedom. People in our lives have been hiding their truth… not only that, they have been doing things to cause us resentment. You have to take your power back, and see the truth of who they are. We want vitality, motivation and happiness… but how can we have those things when the people in our life keep us under their finger. We have to break free from the people who control us. We have to take back control of our life, for our own good. Let’s see what the cards have to add.
The Five of Autumn is telling us to ask for help from Spirit when things are challenging. Money has been a huge issue for me, since I haven’t been able to work as much with both my kids having exceptional needs. I’m used to always giving and providing, so this has been very challenging for me.. being forced to rely on assistance from others. I’ve been worrying too much about money with Christmas approaching, and this card is a perfect sign to me to try to let go of my worries and ask Spirit for help. I also need to have complete faith that everything will work out. Anything you are struggling with now, try to let go of the worries and ask Spirit (Heaven, God, Angels, Universe, etc) for help. We have to try to focus on the positive aspects of our life, because dwelling on the negative things invites more of the same. The Five of Autumn can represent health challenges. The Child card for me, is obviously a sign of the time I spend caring for children. Most importantly though, this card is a reminder to ask Spirit to relieve my worries and make time for me to nurture my own inner child. That it is necessary to enjoy my life, even amid whatever else is going on. What’s the best way to nurture your inner child? Explore and play. Travel. Go on an adventure. I’m the first one who says I can’t go anywhere because I need to stay close to home with the kids. This card is telling me that it’s ok to line up childcare and take a break. This card is about freedom. It’s about taking what you need from life, just for you… even when it’s hard…. especially when it’s hard.
