The crystals I am working with for the week are Puddingstone Jasper, Aragonite and Jasper Mookaite. I use these crystals to connect to your energy, to connect to the message meant for you, and to send the healing properties of the crystal to you.
Puddingstone Jasper – Great for stress relief. Calm and nurturing. Helps with anxiety, reducing nightmares, and calming the mind for better study habits. Prevents tissue deterioration of organs and muscles, and strengthens the immune system. Promotes body balance.
Aragonite – Encourages conservation and caring for the Earth. Assists healing and balancing of the emotional body, and help you to overcome stress and anxiety. They send light out in a variety of different directions, to create an outcome of heightened light and energy in their surroundings. They relieve anger and resentment, and they are known to help you if you have anxiety, stress or other negative emotional feelings. Increases energy. Boosts self-confidence and feelings of self-worth.
Jasper Mookaite – Use to increase self-confidence, self-worth, and to realize one’s full potential. Helps overcome procrastination by revealing the true reason for avoiding certain tasks and bringing the motivation needed to resolve the issue. Its constant energy keeps one focused and grounded while soothing the mind and quieting distracting thoughts. It emanates the energy of animal knowing, or instinct, and may be used to amplify one’s own instincts when making decisions.
I used the Aragonite and Jasper Mookaite together back in December, when I had the encounter with the owl… I know we will be receiving signs from animals or out in nature this week. We are working our way out of the darkness, but it has been tough! We are stressed out… worried if we are making the right choices or doing the right things. We are experiencing anxiety because we are worried about the future… which seems so unclear at the moment. There are so many illnesses going around at the moment as well. When you are experiencing worry and stress, your immune system is lower and can be more easily compromised. It’s important to eat right, use your oils and all of your natural healing tools, and listen to the doctors orders. It’s so important to keep your stress under control. Calm your mind and body, and help yourself stay balanced and healthy. The Earth is hurting and stressed now too. Imagine all the pollution and stress we place on it every single day…. which in turn, comes back to us in the form of illness and disease. It is a reciprocal relationship we have with our environment, and the longer we ignore it, the more ramifications we will see to the life living here. The Earth is moving and shifting, burning… making her presence known and felt. She wants us to do better. She knows we are capable of better. She wants us to wake up, and find better ways. Even if they are small steps, do what you can for the Earth. Take care of yourself the same way. Do the best you can for yourself. Look at the underlying reasons why you hold yourself back and try to overcome them. Realize your worth and how much you have to offer. When you notice yourself feeling angry and resentful, remember that those feelings are only based on your expectations of others. How do you feel about your life when you don’t think about those around you? When you just think about yourself and your potential? You are limitless. That’s the real truth. How much you let people hold you back, is up to you. Listen to your intuition and instincts this week. Watch for the animal signs and look up their meaning. Focus on your own growth, direction and healing. Let’s see what the cards have to add!
I love these cards. I say it every week, but it’s so true. Look at her on the Poised card. She’s so free. She’s happy. She’s dancing. She’s reaching for the stars. Spirit is right there with her, in her soul. There’s nobody else on any of these cards… only you. You are ready for what is to come. Not only can you handle it, but you can put on a beautiful performance. You are ready and can feel the greatness that is to come for you. This is about truly loving yourself. When you love yourself deeply and fully, then you become ready to love others in that way as well. Step into your power with confidence and shine your light. Notice the time clocks on the banner? Time is what you make of it, and how you choose to perceive it. You can be mad at everyone else because you are so busy, or you can stop giving all your energy away, and balance it better with what you receive. It’s ok to put your foot down and say no. Make sure you are allowing yourself to receive as much as you give. I can’t help but notice how the crystals made me speak about the Earth burning and shaking, and here we find a beautiful picture of a woman feeding Kangaroos. This is again asking us to be more conscious of how we help the Earth. It doesn’t want to be “used” anymore than you would want to be “used” by someone. We all have to be responsible for how much we take and how much we give. Some people take too much, and some people give too much.. and when that is out of balance, it breeds negative energy. Keep your focus on yourself and doing the best you can. This card is also addressing anxiety we may be feeling, and the need to ensure you are breathing well, balancing inhalation with exhalation. I thought it was only fitting to pull an animal card, and we received the Roadrunner, which is so perfect. When life is hard and dreary, always keep your sense of humour. Find things to laugh about and cheer yourself up when life feels too serious. Laughter and joy are the best stress relievers. Yes, I have a lot of stress in my life, a lot of responsibility and a lot of reasons to worry… but it doesn’t mean I need to stay there all the time. I have a hospital checkup for my son this week, which is stressful and causes me anxiety and worry, but as soon as it’s done, we rock out and go on with life. We smile and sing and appreciate what’s good. We watch funny videos and laugh at life. After all, life is fun. Life is happy. Life is good. Get through what you gotta get through, and get back to being happy. Have a wonderful week!
