The crystals I am working with for the week are Agate Ocos, Yellow Jasper and Citrine. I use these crystals to connect to your energy, to connect to the message meant for you, and to send the healing properties of the crystal to you.

Agate Ocos – Very grounding. Balances Yin and Yang energy. Increases self confidence and self worth. Helps one overcome trauma and emotional turmoil by dissolving anger, bitterness and resentments. Instills a sense of safety and security. Encourages us to trust the Universe, and to be free spirited without fear of judgement. Brings hidden information into the light. Encourages us to fight for what we want, and is a stone of triumph and success. Stimulates and guides dream space.

Yellow Jasper – A stone of protection. They were known as the “rain bringers”. Provides inner strength and mental clarity. It holds a deep connection to the Earth and is good for grounding. Amplifies self-confidence and courage, bringing energy and enthusiasm. Deflects jealousy, and makes an excellent shield if you are the object of petty gossip. Eases chronic worries and self-consciousness about what others say or think, and helps to overcome fears of being alone in public. A good stone for dieting, it lends emotional support and strength in self-discipline, as well as boosting physical energy levels. Soothes the digestive system. Promotes inner strength, helping one to bear life’s frustrating experiences and providing the tenacity and perseverance to overcome them. It encourages enthusiasm and joy, and helps attract positive friendships. Yellow Jasper brings new interests and new relationships, helping you to see things in a different light. It adds clarity, zest, optimism, and meaning to your life.

Citrine – Cleanses and rejuvenates your Spirit. Assists with self-improvement and self-healing. Increases energy and motivation. Encourages a fresh start. Holds the energy of the sun, and helps you feel cheerful.

I don’t know about you guys, but this past week was hard for me. I have so many good things happening, but that doesn’t stop the overwhelming emotions and anxiety sometimes… especially being empathic! The Agate Ocos tells us that we need to take time to get grounded. Spend time outside with your feet in the grass. Do some meditation. Connect yourself to the Earth. It is so important that we maintain a balanced energy. Things have been overwhelming in general lately, and it has been hard for us to feel confident in our future. We have been experiencing anger, bitterness and feeling resentful. Life shouldn’t have to be this hard. Just remember, that the Universe truly does have your back. We could look at all the things “wrong” right now… but does that ever truly surpass all the things that are right? How could it? Look at the beauty and perfection of the World around you! Our World is literally created from love. Knowing that, how can we worry that it will be about anything other than that? We have to let go of the fears. We have to come to a place of complete trust in our Universe. We can feel safe and secure. We have to trust that everything we need to know, will come to light in it’s due time. Karma will always come into play. The Universe is always going to teach you, wether you want to learn the easy way or the hard way. We have to trust that we are here for a reason, and that who we are is exactly who we are meant to be. We have to stop living for society’s expectations. This is a new time, a new chapter, a new era. One of happiness, equality, justice and freedom. Take control of your life and make it so. Sometimes we have to fight for what we want, but the Agate Ocos shows us there is triumph and success. The Yellow Jasper has a very similar energy, and is going to bring us energy and enthusiasm. It is here to protect us from any negative energy people try to throw our way. This is going to help us overcome our fears of what people think about us, so we can have the self confidence we need to put ourselves out there to pursue our dreams. You have what it takes to get there, and you can overcome any obstacles that get in your way. Yellow Jasper wants you to see your life in new ways, with new interests, friendships and relationships. These new relationships will add positively to your life, and increase your happiness… because this new phase of your life is all about joy. No more fears, only freedom. The Citrine is cleansing and rejuvenating our energy. It’s going to help us to feel better about ourselves and make positive changes in our lives. This is our fresh start. Shine like the sun, always bright, with never-ending amounts of energy. You can achieve anything you put your mind to. Let’s see what the cards say!

I know a lot of people have been experiencing Skunk energy lately! I know I’ve been noticing them more. Skunk is reminding us of our worth, that we are worthy of whatever we desire. That we are safe and capable of protecting ourselves. Skunk is asking you if you are displaying your most authentic self? Be proud of who you are and what you’ve accomplished. Not everyone will agree with you, and people will be jealous and show negative emotions from time to time. Know that these are their issues to resolve. Walk with your head held high. If your reputation precedes you, good! You do have much to be proud of. Stand up for yourself and speak your truth with love. Remember who you are, and act with integrity. You will be glad that you did. The Spirit of Fire represents the transformation we are going through now. It’s about taking new risks and facing our fears. Try to do things in new ways. Create better habits. Reach out in new directions. The Thunderbird is rising in you, and out of the ashes comes new growth and beginnings. This is a time to be renewed and refreshed, letting everything from the past burn away. Keep making positive changes. Every time you do, you step out of a limiting belief system, which helps you grow more and more. Take care to keep your energy in balance, burning brightly, without burning wildly out of control. Focus on the sunlight in the morning, and breathe in the light. Imagine an inner flame being tended to within you. Activate the Spirit of Fire in your life. “May the light of the sun illuminate my heart, that my heart may illuminate the world”. I will tell you this though.. it can be hard to be a light worker, bringing light to the world. You are vulnerable and people do judge you. It can be very hard to bare yourself and your struggles to the world.. but the choice is yours. Do you live in fear? Or do you allow yourself to shine and be seen? It really is in how you perceive it. What are you choosing to feel? Do you choose to feel happy and see the beauty? Or do you choose to find all the reasons to be fearful? Do you miss out on opportunities out of fear and a lack of self confidence? We have to learn to relax about who we are. We have to let go of the worries and fears. You can trust yourself. Relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you, instead of worrying. Take some risks with your feelings, take risks with the truth of who you really are. You no longer need to be subjected to conditioned fears, you can be free to be who you are. F the haters, lol. Their negative energy is theirs, and theirs alone. Imagine yourself in a bubble of white light, protected from the energy sent to you, and being sent right back to the sender. Don’t let the negative people get you down. You came here to express your truth, and it is ready to be seen and heard. Be confident and allow yourself to be vulnerable. Always holding back from expressing your truth can create an illusion of safety, but armed with trust and faith, you can choose to be vulnerable and share your authentic self with the world. “The people mind don’t matter, and the people who matter don’t mind”.
