Weekly Card Reading – Week of July 26, 2021

The crystals I am working with for the week are Fire Quartz, Copper, and Red Opal. I use these crystals to connect to the energy, to connect to the message meant for everyone who reads this, and to send you the healing energy of the crystals.

Fire Quartz – Heals hurt feelings from the past. Brings back the person’s original brilliance. The Holy flame purifies negative energy. Fills you with a warm energy of love and helps you create a bright future. Great stone for willpower, confidence, and inner strength. Helps you stand up for yourself.

Copper – A beautiful balancer of emotions. Beneficial for mental well-being and emotional healing. Invites you to lay all of your burdens down and raise your self-esteem. Magnifies energy transfers, enhancing healing from all minerals and crystals. Balances the chakras and helps circulation. Brighter burst of energy and sharper mind. Removes negativity so you are well-placed to receive all the goodness.

Red Opal – Enhances vision, creativity, and memory. Considered a stone of protection, faithfulness, and loyalty. Said to bring happiness and assist in easing the process of change. Opal helps you make sense of past experiences and integrate them into your life to serve you, rather than hinder you.

We just had a beautiful Full Moon in Aquarius, and in August we will have a 2nd Aquarius Full Moon. Every Full or New Moon, when I talk about releasing or setting intentions, I sometimes find myself frustrated working on the same things for months and years on end. We’ve been guided that we are going through this phase of transformation, and the truth of the matter is that we will always be in some kind of phase of transformation, but the energy for change is very strong right now. Something I’ve had to learn, is that this process isn’t a light switch. It’s takes time and allowance as we move through it. It’s not all going to happen in one moment. As we move through this time, we continue working on these shifts, and healing our inner child by letting go of issues from the past. Not only letting them go, but transmuting them to the light and only taking the lessons forward. I spent a lot of time in my younger years in a state of trauma. I had a series of painful and traumatic events occur when I was 15, and I spent the next 7 years hiding my pain with drug abuse and other other types of harmful abuse, which only added to my list of trauma (that I was majorly identifying with). I wish I could say it ended when I quit using drugs, but I was still dealing with the lasting effects of trauma, and seeing the results of that play out in my life. Why would anybody love me, when I didn’t love myself? Counselling was a huge help for me, but it wasn’t until I had my Spiritual awakening and my first Mediumship reading, that I truly saw myself in a new light. I was actually able to see my light. I saw my true, unique beauty. That reading was the catalyst that actually changed my perception of life… of my life. I was shown my worth and value, and also, the presence of Spirit, and I am absolutely grateful for that. This is the phase we are in now, truly letting go of the past and seeing it for the lessons it provided. We need to forgive our own mistakes and those of others. We need to stand in our power going forward and be true to ourselves, confident in who we are, no matter what we’ve gone through in the past. We are healing, trust in that. No matter how long and drawn out, or hard this process has been for you.. have faith that everything is working out exactly as it is supposed to. Spirit is with us and protecting us. They will remind us of our true beauty when we have forgotten. If you are in need of guidance or support, please reach out to me. We have a beautiful and bright future ahead of us, so believe in yourself and your worth. Be strong and have confidence. Have the willpower to cut out the things that are unhealthy in your life. Stand up for yourself in situations that aren’t serving your best interests. Lay down all your emotional burdens, and let them go. Make peace with them and send them love. Fill yourself with the warmth of love. Remember that when you change your inner perception, the outside world changes to reflect that. We are being given a burst of energy to continue forward on our path. We are being protected and guided. Working with crystals (copper would be great) or energy healing this week, will help you release negativity and renew your energy. We want to be well-placed to receive goodness in our life, so we have to stop identifying with negative energy or traumatic experiences, and release them for good. We have to trust that life is going to provide us abundance and opportunity. When you do the work, and stay strong, you will be rewarded by the Universe. Spirit wants us to be happy… and it is possible if we stay focused on positivity and love. Let’s see what the cards say!

Thunder Drum is depicting us standing in our power, being counted, and sharing our gifts with the World. It’s about knowing your value and worth, even if nobody is watching. This is a time to be true to yourself and what you desire to achieve in this lifetime. It’s about standing up for causes that matter and making a difference. It’s about finding our worth in our gifts. Our passion and vitality is being renewed by the energy of the Drum. The Drum is the heart beat. Energy healing this week is going to be so helpful for opening the Heart Chakra and remembering your strength. Spirit Keeper of the South is a promise of abundance to come. It is the beauty you can have in your life, if you welcome it. We are expanding, and things are moving forward. This card and the next both show us that things are going to move forward at a rapid pace. Be open to receiving the bounty of the Universe. When we heal our inner child, we allow ourselves to be happy again. We allow ourselves to roam free and see the beauty. We get our energy back, when we let go of all that weighs us down. Open your arms to receive gifts from the Universe. I love “The Journey” on this card, which tells us to stand outside and face the south sun with our eyes closed, and absorb the healing and abundance of the sunlight. We are being given energy this week from the lightning and the sunlight. It’s funny because these cards are reminding us that things WILL move forward, but for right now, we have to embrace what is. We can’t force Divine timing, and rushing does not help your energy. Savour the experiences in your life and be mindful. Make sure you take quality time for self-care and joy. Know when to speed up and slow down. Even when things are moving fast, make sure to approach them with child-like wonder. The child on this card is moving fast, but having fun while he’s flying. It also feels to me like the child is spreading his energy around the Earth. Flamingo Spirit is reminding us of this balance too. That we need to embrace the now, while working towards a bright future. Flamingo Spirit sees what was, and what will be, and stands strong in the face of uncertainty. Be informed of what came before, and plan for what is to come, but we also make sure to allow the Universe freedom to work by releasing expectations and attachments. Be fully present in this moment and enjoy life. We are not yet fully in the future, but we are moving forward from the past. We are in this in-between, which can feel frustrating. Find joy in this very moment, however you can. Embrace the in-between and all that we do not know! We are being called to use our Creativity, and this will unlock doors of opportunity. We have to stop expecting ourselves to be somewhere we aren’t. All we have to do, is enjoy now, and do our best to make decisions that support a better future. Then, trust that it is on the way for you. If we try to move too fast through transitions, we miss the lessons, we create blockages, and we blind ourselves to the miracles that surround us. Know that having true joy in this moment, is going to help you create a more joyful future. The next step will appear when it is time. Have faith that all is for our highest good. Full Buck Moon in Aquarius – July 23, 2021

We have a Full Buck Moon in Aquarius on July 23, 2021! 🌕✨🦌Peak time is 8:37pm here in Alberta (MDT).

I just love Aquarius energy. It’s so forward-thinking and community-minded. We actually get 2 Full Moons in Aquarius, having another next month! It is said that these Moons are working harmoniously together, so I do believe we will undergo huge shifts over the next month.

This Full Moon is at 1 degree Aquarius. Aquarius is very forward thinking, and the number 1 to me, represents new beginnings. We are definitely going through something right now! Changes are afoot and realizations are being had. Slowly, but surely, we are making our way to the new beginnings we deserve.

Aquarius is the sign of the Water Bearer, which can be confusing because it is an Air sign. What this means, is that Aquarius can contain emotions and transmute them. The Water Bearer can then pour them back down to the world, bringing a shift in consciousness. Working with any type of energy healing or crystals is going to be very beneficial during this next month.

What do you need to let go of? Try not to stress if things are feeling overwhelming, uncertain, or out of reach right now. Trust that the clarity you seek is coming, and keep working on doing your best to heal yourself.

Keep an open mind. You do not have to have all the answers. You just have to keep moving forward the best way that you can. It sure doesn’t hurt to lift up others around you as you go. In fact, that is where your biggest growth and lessons might be learned.

Weekly Card Reading – Week of July 18, 2021

The crystals I am working with for the week are Lapis Lazuli, Larkivite, and Sodalite. I use these crystals to connect to the energy, to connect to the message meant for everyone who reads this, and to send you the healing energy of the crystals.

Lapis Lazuli – Enhances wisdom, memory, intellect and good judgment. Encourages honesty. It is a stone of friendship and brings harmony in relationships. It reveals inner truth, and promotes self-awareness. Helps to relieve suppressed issues. Opens to new ideas, dreams and visions. Lapis releases stress, allowing for peace and serenity. Expands awareness and enlightenment, enhancing dream work.

Larvikite – A wise and protective stone. Repels all forms of negativity. Cleanses old energy, including karma and past lives. Helps us process the past and release trauma and pain. Gives the gift of self-confidence, self-reliance and resiliency. Strengthens intellectual ability and sharpens psychic powers. Enhances vitality and youthfulness.

Sodalite – It comes from the Latin word ‘sodalitas’ which means comrade, because those who use it will feel like they have a comrade who helps them feel peaceful and heal their aching or troubled hearts. It can help you express all the things that you want to say in the best way possible. It’s an effective stone to end arguments or disagreements. Increases intelligence, clarity and rationality. This stone helps you make sense of your thoughts and feelings. Increases emotional balance and inner peace.

We have been holding back and stuffing down feelings and emotions, and memories and pain from the past. We have to get honest with ourselves about what it is we truly want in life. We have a Full Moon in Aquarius coming up on Friday, and this is the first of 2 Aquarius Full Moons in a row, with one next month. This is going to be a huge period of release for us, as we let go of our past pain and prepare for our future. We are moving forward, even as slow as it may seem. Aquarius is very intellectual and forward thinking. They care about bettering the planet for all. It’s time for all of us to use better judgement. One of the issues we’ve been struggling with is loneliness, just like my reading mentioned last week. This week, we are letting that go, letting go of all of our stale beliefs, and allowing love and friendship to fill our life. We are aware of what we need and want, and we aren’t standing for anything less (also an Aquarian trait!). We are letting go of all the things that aren’t serving us, because it is time to dream a new dream. Try to let go of stress, and find peace and calm in your life, especially around the Full Moon! We are manifesting and creating, and it all starts with what we dream of. Don’t deny yourself your dreams. Take a chance. Believe in yourself. You are wise and protected by spirit. We are being guided now as we release painful trauma from the past. I know I’ve had some things coming up for me lately, around my childhood and the way I was treated by certain people. I definitely have my releasing to do this week! The Larvikite is helping us to overcome where we feel like we did wrong. It is also helping us regain our confidence and understand how strong and beautiful our resilience is. We are not only smart, but spiritual, and that combination is so incredibly powerful. Spirit truly does bless the people who are living in their purpose, truth, and joy, and they are rewarded with youthful vitality. If you want to have more energy, be happy! Be you and do what gives you joy. Fill your cup until it overflows. If you are having trouble feeling that way, some friend time is exactly what you need. Time with a friend or your partner, to express what you need to say and relieve your aching heart. It’s time to put an end to disagreements and let them go for good. We are stepping into the future with intelligence, rationality, and clarity. We can make sense of what we’ve been through, and find peace and harmony in the now. I believe we are going to see a huge shift from this Full Moon to the next one! Let’s see what the cards have to add!

Sometimes we forget just how much we are loved. Life gets busy and hectic, and with Covid.. it can leaving us feeling distanced from others, which I think we all have been experiencing lately. The Angels are comforting us, reminding us that we are loved, we are not alone, and we can trust we will have the support we need. Sometimes we can forget that we are truly loved by the people that are in our lives. It can be easy to let our minds reel with expectations. For this week though, trust that the people in your life are motivated by good intentions for you. Forgive them and yourself and let it go. See situations through the eyes of others and have compassion. The Angels are always watching out for you, protecting you and guiding you. They do have your back. There is a strong message here that we cannot let our negative emotions burn or they can get out of control. We have to tend to our wounds before they become too infected. Emotional intelligence is being called for, so stand in your integrity and be willing to let go of what you don’t need to carry. We have to be emotionally intelligent, because we are manifesting our future. If we are all over the place, where is that going to get us? If we don’t say things in an emotionally intelligent way, is our point going to get across? We have a chance to make an impact with our voice, but we have to do it in a proper manner. Find calm and temper your anger. Understand why you experience those emotions. Release them in healthy ways, such as exercising or singing. The Bushfires card also represents the fires and smoke we have been living with here in Canada. It does take a toll on our emotional and physical health. A lot of people have been feel depleted due to Covid, the extreme heat, and now the wildfires. It can be a very trying time, so make sure you are doing the self-care that you can to manage your emotional state and understand it. We can rest assured though, that the Rain is coming. For some reason, I pulled my cards one and a time and interpreted them, when normally I pull all 3 and then interpret them, so I’m only seeing this last card right now… and I am blown away by the smoky haze on the Rain card! What a crazy spot on card. The Rain is coming. It is going to purify the land and our hearts. Let the rain wash away everything from the past. Let us purify ourselves and start fresh. You are pure, and you can choose to be pure at any moment. What is purged makes way for new life to appear. Let go of anything inhibiting you from being fully engaged in life. Purify your heart by allowing yourself to breathe in blessings and out forgiveness, so that you can love even more deeply. Let yourself feel your emotions and stand in your truth. Let your tears heal the wounds in your soul. Detoxifying your body and changing to healthier habits is always going to be helpful. Take time to purify yourself. Have a wonderful week and Full Moon!

Weekly Card Reading – Week of July 11, 2021

The crystals I am working with for the week are Malachite, Aventurine, and Prehnite. I use these crystals to connect to the energy, to connect to the message meant for everyone who reads this, and to send you the healing energy of the crystals.

Malachite – A stone of transformation. Malachite assists in making transformational changes with a gentleness of the heart, easing the transition. A stone of good fortune and prosperity & abundance. This is a transformation of lack into abundance. It can also assist this by bringing productive and lucrative work or career into play. This can bring great self-confidence and success. These vibrations release and diffuse those of victimization by demonstrating the power of oneself. Using this stone, one can counteract self-destructive romantic tendencies and help encourage true, pure love. Malachite is also good for enhancing emotional stability and balance in general. It brings inner peace and hope, including relief from anxiety and stress.

Aventurine – Known as the “Stone of Opportunity”. Thought to be the luckiest of all crystals, especially in manifesting prosperity and wealth, or for increasing favor in competitions or games of chance. This beautiful stone, however, is not merely an attractor of luck, but one that aligns conditions to be favourable for opportunities. Releases old patterns, habits and disappointments so new growth can take place. It brings optimism and a zest for life, allowing one to move forward with confidence and to embrace change. It enhances one’s creativity and motivation, and encourages perseverance in maneuvering life’s obstacles.

Prehnite – Boosts prophetic abilities. Enhances visualization and spiritual “knowing” and aids in connecting with higher realms. Helps induce lucid dreaming. Prehnite is said to “heal the Healer,” and can be used to revitalize your personal healing environment. Fosters a strong sense of trust in the Universe. As such, Prehnite stops hoarding of both possessions and of love by fostering a belief in the abundance and power of the Universe to manifest whatever is needed. It clears toxins from the body and balances the meridians. It helps you say “no”. Prehnite encourages acceptance, emotional release, forgiveness, and compassion. It helps you to remain true to self, uplift the spirit and find clarity of heart and mind.

I always love when I pick out the Aventurine, because I know it’s a sign of positivity and abundance! The Malachite is so perfect for my life specifically, but also for the change we are all going through right now. We need to be gentle with ourselves as things come to light and shift and change… as we ourselves change.. Change is not always easy.. but it’s getting through the hard times that really opens us up to the gifts we seek. The hard times are truly important lessons and blessings in disguise. You can’t have light without dark, and they always work together in a beautiful balance. For me, I feel like I am being rewarded for all the hard things I’ve gone through in my life. Sometimes, I felt comfort when I was feeling down, because I knew I would feel so good when I felt happy again. We are really overcoming some inner turmoil and difficult challenges in our lives, but in doing that, we are going to be better for it. These crystals are amazingly abundant. Spirit sees you doing the work and shifting your perspectives, and you are being rewarded with abundance! Work opportunities are favourable now! (FYI – I do beautiful resumes if anyone needs theirs done!) Things are working out. Have self-confidence and be the success that you know you are. Remember your power and let go of any victim mentality. (This used to get me soooo bad in relationships! “He did this to me or he did that to me”, etc. Now, I focus my energy on myself and what I am doing for me.) We are finally rising above these destructive tendencies and learning to do better. We are learning to love ourselves, and with that comes only allowing other people in our life that truly love us. We are deserving of true and pure love… and we are ready for it. Find calmness within yourself and let go of the anxiety and worry. Have faith that everything is going to work itself out as it is supposed to. By doing this, you will have more emotional balance, and be more open to receiving the abundance from the Universe! We are going to be presented with many favourable and lucrative opportunities. Be ready and optimistic! Let go of old patterns, habits, and beliefs, and allow growth to take place. Be confident and embrace life. You are more than capable of handling any obstacles that may arise. We have to have faith. It’s all about the faith. Remember your connection to the Universe and trust in it. Trust that life can provide for you, beyond your wildest imagination. Remember that you don’t have to hoard anything, or worry about holding onto love. Let it be free and flow naturally. What is meant for you, will come for you. Rise yourself up so you can meet it there. Say no to the things that no longer serve you. Accept, forgive, and let go. Embody true compassion and grace. Be true to yourself and stand in your power, and you will find more of the clarity and abundance you seek. Let’s see what the cards say!

So many of us are going through changes that are leaving us feeling left on our own. This Orphaned card, to me, represents where we’ve come from and what we’ve been through. Trust me when I say, there’s been times in my life where I have felt like her, and still do sometimes. A lot of us are unsure of where we are going in the future. There are no pathways that are visible, and things have appeared to be barren. We have been like a baby bird, dependent on approval and care from others, or constantly having to provide this for others. This card to me, represents the victim hood mentality experienced in the past. Address any unhealthy mindsets and connections from the past, and don’t let them taint your vision for the future. Not everyone is the same as the people we have known. Not everything we think is true. We are reminded that we have to remain true to ourselves and our purpose. Sometimes, things and people have to shift, so things that are more aligned and more uplifting can enter. Not everyone is going understand you… and that is ok. It can be hard to let go of people, but sometimes it is just the way it is. This card is about us not relying on others for support or having expectations. This isn’t saying you can’t and shouldn’t ask for support, it’s just saying to be a little more willing to take care of yourself, and be compassionate towards yourself and others when you don’t have the support. Even if it seems that you are alone, Spirit is always with you, always supporting you. If you are feeling left out of something, please understand that mostly, this is just your mindset and thought process. Let go of whatever your mind is telling you about being left out. Find ways to include yourself or find people that want to include you. Try not to take things too personally. Don’t compromise yourself to belong. This is about being wholly and confidently yourself, because that is how you attract abundance. You will shine and experience prosperity when you live in your full truth and share your gifts and talents. Life wants to love you… let it!! We have what it takes to Go the Distance and get where we want to be. We are shifting and changing and moving forward. To bring our dreams to life, we can’t be shaken by the challenges that arise. We have to be in it for the long haul. Pay no attention to the fluctuations in the current of your experience. Joy and disappointment co-mingle with opportunities. There is no need to fear the occasional obstacle… you have what it takes to figure it out! Life is not a sprint. Take good care of yourself and remain true to yourself. Authenticity will keep you in alignment with miracles. What is yours will never be withheld from you. No matter how many ups and downs we go through, we rebuild ourselves better than before, with more experience and wisdom. Harmony does not mean there will never be a wrong note played.. we must have endurance and dedication to the greater good, and we will get to the finish line. A new song can be written, and the symphony of love will go on. Life is exciting and magical. Your efforts, ideas, and hard work will pay off. Stoke your fire and revitalize your energy. There is no more wandering in the desert, starving. We are resilient and can find new ways to overcome our challenges. Be selective about where you give to your energy. Listen to the call of your soul, and let go of everything that doesn’t really matter anymore. It’s time. It’s time for you to move forward on your path, for you. I love the stars on the last 2 cards, it’s like, there’s some opportunities already presenting, but as we move forward, there are so many. There’s a doorway to a whole new path. Our energy is flowing and light. We are truly ready to walk away from all the things that aren’t serving us. Bless your experience so far. Take stock of what you’ve learned. It’s time to move on to new adventures and new ways of being. Take the risk to move on, even if you are in transition for some time. Your destiny is calling you. “If you love something, let it go. If it comes back, it’s yours. If not, it never was.” This is one of my favourite quotes, and has deep meaning for me. The love that’s meant for you, will always find you. Be ok with letting go of what isn’t working. Step into the unknown and say yes to new opportunities. Trust that Spirit is keeping the plans moving forward. Fortune requires you to conclude this chapter of your life. When you close one door, another one opens. Spirit loves you. Trust that.

New Moon in Cancer – July 9, 2021

We have a New Moon in Cancer on Friday, July 9th, peaking at 7:16pm here in Alberta. 🌑✨🙏There are positive aspects to this New Moon, but also some challenges. This New Moon is all about family, friends, and the home. It’s about being comforted by what we have in our life. We may have some emotions coming up around things we want to change in our home, or bringing up issues from our own childhood. Stay open minded and try to go with the flow. Forgive and let go of resentment for your own sake. Thinking and dwelling too much on the past can worsen depression. The way you perceive the world can be very subjective. If things aren’t looking great for you, how can you see things from a different angle, or pivot your stance to make things work better for you. You have what it takes to overcome any potential problems, and you will be better for it. Try not to get bitter. We need to keep our emotions as positive as possible, so we can exude the loving, happy energy that we intend to. Set healthy boundaries and know which situations or people affect your emotions negatively. Trust your intuition, and trust that everything is happening in Divine timing. Trust that everything is working out for you, especially if that is hard to see right now. Help yourself find more balance and bring more light into your life. Have a little fun and enjoy summer! Things should be heating up a bit with Mars and Venus conjuncting in Leo. 😘❤️🙏✨
