The crystals I am working with for the week are African Turquoise, Infinite, and Crinoid Fossil. I use these crystals to connect to the energy, to connect to the message meant for everyone who reads this, and to send you the healing energy of the crystals.

African Turquoise – A stone of evolution. Encourages growth, development and positive change. Helps to open the mind to new possibilities and ideas. It brings structure, balance and prosperity. This stone awakens the soul to its intended purpose. Helps to ease mood swings, it encourages acceptance, and helps to soothe feelings of aggravation, resulting in a more optimistic attitude towards life.

Infinite – Forces you to overcome past trauma to allow healing. Unlocks the heart and pulls any emotional trauma to the surface. Raises your vibrational energies and will help overcome the feeling of fatigue or lack of energy. Activates kundalini and removes negativity. Heals and safeguards your auric field. Promotes abundance and helps ease into new beginnings.

Crinoid Fossil – A wonderful tool to assist you in moving from the old to the new. Helps release ineffective patterns and encourages receptiveness to the fresh, innovative forces that are available to you. This Fossil can assist you in your quest for transition, transformation and personal growth, helping you to understand the process of change. They can help you instil quality and excellence in your environment.

We are growing so freaking much. Not only do I feel it in my soul… I see it in the beautiful people around me. We just had a beautiful 2nd Aquarius Full Moon, and with all the portal images on the cards last week, this week feels like a fresh new start. It sure feels like fall outside today here in Alberta! With the Sun being in Virgo now, we are in a season of putting the work in. Getting our lives cleaned up and in order. Getting stuff done. We have the ability to get it all done. We are more than capable. So don’t freak out… just handle your life, like the boss you are. Look at things from an objective point of view, instead of an emotionally attached one. See yourself as the Manager of your life. You have grown so much, and there are so many positive opportunities on the way. Possibilities for exist for you now, where they didn’t before. Your eyes are opened to a whole new universe of potentials. Keep awakening to your souls purpose and growing with it. We have to stop taking things personally, and allow the world around us to do what it will. We have to have an optimistic outlook so that we attract more positivity. If you want to stop feeling angry.. you have to deal with and process your trauma. You have to allow yourself to heal. You have to allow yourself to receive and to be cared for. The Infinite stone is bringing trauma to the surface for it to be released. Let go of anything you find yourself hanging onto. Accept that a new time is here and we can let go of the past. If you have been feeling low energy, you need to find ways to restore it. Find a meditation that works for you, or energy healing or rest can help. Trust that if you take time for self-care, you will be rewarded with rejuvenated energy. We are moving into a new phase of our lives, and we are transitioning quickly and easily. When you love what you do, it’s impossible not to infuse love into it. I was very proud of my bestie last night (Serendipity Massage), because she got some new singing bowls and decided she was hosting a full moon sound healing event. She asked if I would speak about the moon, and of course I was happy to!! I was overjoyed when the turnout was amazing, and the healing was so beautiful. I saw lots of posts on Facebook today of people roughing it after the full moon, but not I! I was vibing high from my beautiful friend’s sound healing. It was a beautiful connection to my community, and a beautiful way to ease into this next phase of all our journeys. I am so lucky to have the support of such an amazing person, who challenges me to release the patterns that aren’t serving me, and who abundantly shares her incredible gifts of healing with me. Fresh ideas and opportunities are available to us, so we need to ensure our minds are open. We are all changing and transforming so much lately, and I believe that’s why I’ve been so strongly guided to the Crinoid Fossil. We have already stepped into the shoes of who we are becoming, we just have to continue moving forward and staying positive. When you have a deeper understanding that there is a reason for things to happen, it can help you process and release. We can’t waste our energy dwelling over the past anymore. We have to forgive ourselves and others. We have to fully accept and love who we are today, and love where we are heading. Let’s see what the cards have to add!

We already know who we are, and where we are going. We already know what is right for us. We just have to remember and trust ourselves. Child of the Cosmos is reminding us that all the intelligence we require is already ingrained in us. We all are Spiritual beings with innate knowings. We are nature. We are the Earth. We are the Universe. How could we not know? Look how much light and energy we hold. We don’t see our true beauty, worth, or gifts that we carry. We don’t see the abundant beauty around us, and more importantly, inside of us. Our inner world is really what matters most, and reflects in your outer world. As long as you have a beautiful place to go within yourself, you are never without beauty. When I was in a dark place of addiction, I didn’t believe in anything. I was a body who was going to die and that was it. I didn’t see my beauty, my magic, and my connection to all that is. We are often feeling isolated in the world today, and that’s why it’s more important than ever that we gather together.. with our loved ones.. with our community… we are not meant to live completely isolated. We are meant to be supported by our brothers and sisters. While it may be noble to figure it all out yourself and not bother anyone, maybe it’s in the bothering where the connections can be fostered. Maybe bothering someone for help is not a bad thing. Be willing to receive help. Let people help you. Allow yourself to be open to receiving everything from the Universe. You are a precious child of the Universe, and you are deserving of abundance and happiness. You have access to everything you need to keep yourself on track and moving forward. Please remember, if flowers know how to bloom, then you do too. And you were born to. How can we flow more with life, allowing more receiving and less resistance? By going within, and remembering that abundance is already within your soul. Your light is abundant. You can create so much with nothing.. with what’s already in your soul. Fear can come up when we can see the way forward. Trust and faith is called for now. Surrender to the unknown, and flow with life in the most positive way you can. Great things are happening! Even if they are hard to see just yet. Your dreams are being germinated in fertile ground, in the great cosmic womb. It is Virgo season, and we do have work to do.. but make sure to take time to rest. Let your body rest with trust that when you are giving it love and allowing it to heal, it will pay off energetically. The best thing we can do for ourselves now, is to stop trying to control outcomes. Whatever is going to be, will be. There’s no point in being mad or holding onto it forever. We are in Karmic Relationships with every soul on this Earth. Our connections are meaningful and synchronistic. We want to keep growing and levelling upwards, so we have to let go of the negative emotions that are holding us back. Staying mad over something will only hold you back. How we deal with our conflicts is important. It’s important that we grow in our ability to be compassionate. Conflicts happen for a reason, just like everything else does. Take the lesson, and leave the emotional baggage behind. People that have been hurtful in the past, have done so because they are hurt. When we open our heart, we can find mutual ground and understanding. We are all innocent children at the end of the day. If my spouse and I hadn’t forgiven each other and showed compassion for each other, over and over again, we wouldn’t have been able to stay together for the last 16 years. We have learned so much and grown, together. It’s through our relationships with those around us, that we grow the most. Make sure you are bringing a compassionate heart into all the relationships in your life. How can you be more forgiving and compassionate? And not just saying you are, but actually forgiving and letting things go? See the innocence of everyone involved. We are only human. Soften your heart and drop your defences. It’s the only way to create the Karmic Relationships you desire. Have an open mind and see things from other points of view. Maybe there is another way you can view a situation, that will better serve you. I know I’ve mentioned it before, but when I was going through my hardest times in my relationship… when I was at my lowest.. Spirit was there for me and blessed me, showing me this beautiful connection I didn’t even know I needed. Now, I get to help others find their own connections… and it’s so freaking beautiful. The darkest times can create the most beautiful outcomes, that maybe we couldn’t see from that perspective. My friend’s beautiful sound healing on the Full moon reminded me of how abundant I really am in my life. I am abundant in love, friendships, nature, beauty, magic, and connection. Abundance surrounds me and is my own true nature. Enjoy the beauty that is your life, and carve out some time to rest. Make sure to have compassion for Mother Earth too! Have a beautiful week!
