I chose the Blue Goldstone for luck and prosperity, to help us reach the stars. The pyrite is also to attract prosperity. The selenite to cleanse us. The Crystal Quartz to amplify and direct our energy. The Amethyst pyramid to connect us to spirit and direct our energy to the spirit realm. The Moonstone to connect us to the energy of the moon, to enhance our dreams. Lastly, the Black Obsidian for protection and grounding.
This week doesn’t feel like the greatest, and again we are asked to keep our mindset positive. It can never be bad, if we can keep our mindset from ever seeing it that way. If we can keep our happiness in all situations, nothing could ever bring us down. I have never been one that feels like I fit in. I have always done my own thing, never quite feeling understood. It’s easy to get away with this in life when you set your comfort zone up high. I had my life comfortably arranged, and now things have changed again. I feel like I spend all my days now trying to please people that aren’t me. I have been struggling with this. If something doesn’t make me happy or meet my needs, I am free to make a different choice at any moment… Yes, that is true, but most of the time, that is easier said than done. It’s Okay to Be Different reassures me that it is ok to be exactly who I am. Yes, I may have some “negative” qualities, but that is ok. Yes, I might have some rough patches, but we all do, and we get through them. I am just as deserving an anyone else, and I do not need to let anyone else dictate how I should feel. I have always found solace in the water. I had an amazing bath last night. I used to be a synchronized swimmer, and I would just lay in the water with my head to the ceiling, looking up, listening to nothing. Being in the moment. It was always so quiet under the water, a perfect place to escape from the noise of life. Drink more water to feel better. Spend time in water, hot tub, swim. Take long hot baths. Let the water rejuvenate and cleanse you. The third card actually makes me laugh. I have been feeling a little down lately, cynical if you will.. I roll my eyes at the mention of the possibility that I am choosing to feel crappy, that I am manifesting this in my life with my thoughts. I preach all the time about keeping your thoughts positive. I have been feeling lately like, what more can I do. It’s like I can’t see my own thoughts, like I don’t know what I’m feeling or thinking. Believe in Yourself reminds me that I need to work on practicing more positivity, as much as I don’t want to hear it.. because I am letting negative energy suck me back under. I have to make time to work on releasing the stress, tension and negativity. I feel stuck, because I’m not thinking in a manner of what good will come, appreciating all of the happy moments. I spend a lot of time in the stress of the moment, in the dread of the endless list of responsibilities and expectations. I think about everything holding me back from the freedom I crave, instead of appreciating the beautiful freedom that I do experience every day. It’s a reminder to make that time for spiritual work and stress relief, it’s a priority! It’s a reminder to keep your thoughts positive! This is the key to happiness, and it’s a work in progress for us all, and that is perfectly OK!
It’s Okay to Be Different – Everyone want to be liked, so it’s normal that you want to fit in with other people. You may compare yourself to others and feel like you don’t belong. You may even feel that you’re not as good as other people. But this card is here to tell you that your special talents are needed in this world. You don’t need to change in order to please others. If you try to be different from who you really are, you won’t be happy and you won’t make true friends. As long as you feel good about yourself, you’re doing well. The best way to do this is to tell the truth, treat people with kindness, keep your promises, and do the work that you need to do. You needn’t be perfect, wear the latest styles, or be the most popular person. Just trust that God made you exactly how you’re supposed to be, and make the very best of what you’ve got!
Water – To feel good, your body needs to have water and foods that have water in them, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. This card asks you to drink a lot more water as a way to fuel your energy. When your body doesn’t have enough water, you may feel tired and not be able to think well. So, carry a water bottle with you and drink from it a lot. When you drink water and eat fruits and vegetables, you’ll have a lot more energy and feel happier. Stay away from sugar. This card can also mean that swimming or bathing in water would make you feel happy and healthy. You can also pray over your drinking water and food, and the prayers will make your food more healthful.
Believe in Yourself – This card asks you to hold positive thoughts and feelings about yourself. If there’s something you need or want, then hold a vision of yourself doing well. Only think positive thoughts about yourself, such as, I can do it, and, I am good at this. The more you believe in yourself, the better everything will go. If you expect success, you’ll have good results. If you worry about failing, you won’t enjoy your experiences. You can enjoy life more if you believe in yourself. If someone else tells you that you won’t succeed, picture a big X through their words. Belief means making a decision such as, Yes! I can do this! When you clearly decide to do it, instead of just trying, you approach the situation with confidence. Each time you do something new, you learn and grow. You’ll thank yourself for learning that you can do anything you truly believe you can do.
