On Friday, May 5th, 2023, we have a Full Flower Moon at 14°57’ with Penumbral Lunar Eclipse at 14°52’ in the sign of Scorpio. 🌸🌕✨
This Full Moon may also be known as the Corn Planting Moon, the Dragon Moon, the Egg Laying Moon, the Frog Moon, the Milk Moon, and the Hare Moon.
The Eclipse peaks at 11:24am MDT and the Full Moon peaks at 11:33am MDT. The Lunar Eclipse will NOT be visible in North America. It should be visible in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.
A Penumbral Lunar Eclipse is when the moon only passes through the outer part of the Earth’s shadow creating a more subtle eclipse. Although it appears more subtle, it’s affects can still be intense, bringing emotions and abrupt changes.
We are being reminded that we can handle the things that come our way, and to stay in our power and joy. We are reminded of our power to choose the energy and direction we want to be in.
We have to make the most of what we have, and roll with the punches. We have to trust that we are being guided and that everything we go through serves its purpose. We have to find new ways to grow that support our health and happiness.
Every flower starts out as a seed, buried in the dark, damp soil. Nature knows that darkness has its purpose and will lead you to the light. Let nature guide and transform you. Let the things you go through help you grow. Trust that everything is occurring in divine timing.
Heavy Moon Work and Spell Work is not generally recommended during an eclipse due to the unstable energies. Take some time to rest and get refreshed. Plant something in the garden or buy fresh flowers. Surround yourself in nature and appreciate your connection to it all.
Make sure to watch for the signs from Spirit and the Ancestors too. They are sending so many! Number signs, clouds, animals and bugs, songs, synchronistic encounters, etc. See the meaning behind every interaction in your life.

The crystals I am working with for the week are Lava Rock, Angel Phantom Quartz, and Rutile Quartz. I use these crystals to connect to the energy, to connect to the message meant for everyone who reads this, and to send you the healing energy of the crystals.
Lava Rock – Grounds and calms the emotions. A stone of rebirth and shedding unneeded layers of emotional attachment. Lava stones are good for stabilizing and grounding because of the strong connection to the Earth. In folk remedies, it was given to soldiers to help them remain calm during battle. A stone of courage and gives people stability as they go through changes in their lives.
Angel Phantom Quartz – Angelic vibration assists you to connect with higher realms. Connects you with your higher self to receive Divine guidance. Gets you closer to inner peace and universal love. Calmly protects, balances and stabilizes. It can help you solve unresolved issues of your past and improve your present life. Breaks you free from thoughts of guilt, negativity, and blame, and helps you move forward.
Rutile Quartz – An energizing stone that helps get energy moving on all levels. Assists with mental focus. It is said to attract love and stabilize relationships. Helpful in uncovering the causes of mental issues and hang-ups. Diminishes fears and assists with decision-making processes. Eases loneliness and guilt. It is used to help one get out of a rut in their life as well as for stabilizing emotional and mental processes, clarifying thought patterns and emotional reactions. Increases self-reliance.
My interpretation of the crystals:
Lava Rock is a stone that supports us through times of change. We are being called to stay calm and grounded. When things change or fall away, it can be scary. We need to trust that everything is happening the way it needs to for the highest good, so that we can calm our emotions and overcome emotional patterns that used to pull us under. We are so much stronger now. Instead of flowing like lava with heat and damaging everyone we encounter, we are now hardened into a rock and ready to withstand the things that come our way. Getting upset really doesn’t help anything. Staying calm through the ups and downs is the level of maturity we are on now. Could our world be turned upside down? Absolutely, but true stability comes from within. You always have it within you to build a life for yourself. Be courageous and stay in your power. Ask for what you need. We are entering this powerful phase of our life where we are in control. We have had plenty of lessons and now we get to level up. We are truly understanding that our personal peace can never be disturbed without our allowing, and we are understanding true, unconditional love. Peace and love, that’s what it’s always been about. Now is the time to work through and let go of the past, of the pain and trauma, so you can have new hope for the future. You deserve a good life right now, no matter what you have been through. You also don’t need to be defined by your past. Sometimes I cringe thinking about things I have said or done, but it is in the past, and I am not that same person anymore. I do not have to carry guilt or shame any longer. I can choose to walk forward with a clean conscious and make positive choices for my future. I am as deserving as any other human being. We are preparing for all that is coming as we move forward. We are being blessed with energy this week to accomplish all we need to do. Not only our day-to-day responsibilities, but also the other things we want to accomplish too! Write down inspirations and ideas, focus on creative pursuits. Our mind is churning with possibilities and potentials for the future. What we can create is limited to what we believe. It never hurts to put in some effort and try. One idea, one inspiration, could change everything. Don’t let yourself stay stuck in the energy of fear. Life is so beautiful and there is so much amazing possibility. There is so much love. It would be a shame to miss out on it because of our own limitations or distorted beliefs. Let yourself be seen. Let yourself be loved. Believe in your ability to create a beautiful life. Let’s see what the cards have to add!
My interpretation of the cards:
Our mental ability is so strong this week, so it’s perfect to see the Think About It Card. We are thinking about and planning for the future. We need to think about how we approach our lives, our relationships, and the work we pursue. Is there a better way you could be going about things? Write down your ideas and brainstorm some possible solutions. Write down your business ideas and make plans. We have all these good ideas, but then we brush them off as too hard or impossible. Maybe our own limiting beliefs hold us back from believing we can do something, but this… this is the time where we are creating the lives we’ve dreamed about and it is possible! We only need to find a way to make it work. Make changes in your life that help support your dreams and endeavours. For me personally, I have been pouring my heart, soul, and energy into my spiritual work for over 7 years. I appreciate my supporters so incredibly much, and I have been blessed to have received the business and support that I have. But then there is part of me that knows I am deserving of greater abundance, and I know there is way to create my dreams and make them a reality. There is an Instagram page that has been using my posts and getting thousands of likes and comments on them. I read through the comments and it blows me away to see that level of appreciation for my work. Even though I know it is deserving of that recognition, somewhere, I am failing to be seen. My Instagram page doesn’t get that kind of engagement! So where is my shortfall? What do I need to tweak so people see my work the way I know it deserves to be seen? And yes, this means I need to promote my work and share myself more, but it also starts within me, around my beliefs about myself and what I deserve. I need to share and shine my light and continue being seen. I also watched the Pamela Anderson documentary, and I liked the part where she laughed that she still didn’t know what she wanted to “be”. I resonated with this statement because I am so many things. How do I define who I am, when I am constantly changing and evolving? Again, it is all part of the plan and the lessons. I know that things are changing and I am being seen more. Things are happening even if I can’t see it or recognize it. I have to hold onto trust. We are on the path forward, and things are coming. We are moving towards all the things we want and desire. For now, it’s about giving yourself the love and patience that is required to see things through. Rest and relax. Give yourself the care you deserve. You will know what to do as the time comes. Sometimes we can’t push too hard or try to know all the answers, we just have to trust in our purpose and what we are guided to do. We have to trust that our flame will be seen and appreciated, and will continue to spread. We need to trust that our efforts and our karma is being reciprocated and making its way back to us. It helps alleviate obsessive thoughts and destructive mental patterns, and assists in overcoming fears, such as agoraphobia and panic attacks. A stone of protection and luck. Helpful for finding partners who are in tune and share their dreams. Promotes inner stability, composure and maturity. Encourages security and self-confidence. Encourages you to see the bigger picture in life.
It feels like we have been trying to press forward, but something is still lingering and holding us back. Of course, that thing is our own selves, because we are the only ones who can hold ourselves back. It is our fears, our projections, our expectations that keep us from choosing freedom or believing in our dreams and goals. Its like pushing so hard, that you exhaust yourself and get nowhere. It’s funny, right now I have so many amazing things happening for me… so many prospects and potential ideas coming to reality. The logical side of me continues to believe that my dreams are simply not possible, and that I’m obligated to this, that, or the other thing. Yet, all the messages from Spirit tell me that this is the time of my dreams coming true; that things are way more possible than I know or believe. Things can work out even better than we can possibly imagine, and we must trust and have faith in that belief. Those are the kind of beliefs we need to hold on to right now. That things are happening for us, and that even better things are going to come. What we have to focus on is keeping our mind, body, and spirit healthy, centered, and pure. When life feels crazy around you, take some time out and go within. Do a meditation or listen to music. We need to remember that the chaos of the world around us, is not the energy we want to assume. We are here to make change, and it’s time for that change. We have to exist in a new vibration. One of trust, love, and happiness. If all of us are using our collective consciousness to say things like “the world is going to shit” or “only certain people have power and control”, those are exactly the things that become our reality. We need to speak a new reality into existence, where we maintain our own power over our positivity and our life. We need to find our happy place within and utilize it. We need to find strategies that work to help us shift out of fearful thinking into love and faithful thoughts. Let the Snowflake Obsidian remove negativity from all areas of your life. We need to change our toxic thought patterns into ones that serve us and our dreams and goals. The Tourmalinated Quartz is here to help us clear our path and remove obstacles and challenges. When you face your challenges or your fears head-on, you take away their power and you increase your own power and clarity. Get yourself grounded and feel enlightened. Feel excited about your life and future and all the possibilities and potentials that exist. See where you have been hurting or sabotaging yourself, and give yourself love to heal. Create routines that serve your health and positivity. There is an energy of change right now, but if you ignore it, if you keep doing what you’ve always done, you get the same result. We want new energy and new results! We have to change up the way we’ve been living… and loving! Let yourself receive comfort and know that you can get through this time. You can, and will, overcome these challenges and obstacles. Stay out of the obsessive and destructive thoughts. When you notice them trying to tear you down, face them and tell them no more. Tell them you love yourself and you are worthy of loving thoughts and beliefs. Change your brain, change your life. All the things you fear, is only because you have refused to face them. What if you did, and you found out you really love that thing you have feared. What if our fears, are really a signal to help us find deeper love? The things that scare you, are the things that help you grow so much more. What can hold you back if you aren’t scared anymore? If you love the things you once feared? You become limitless. Make sure you are surrounding yourself with people who are loving and supportive of you, and your dreams and goals. We are who we surround ourselves with. As much as other people might treat us in ways we don’t deserve, it is ultimately up to us to decide what and who is right for us. You decide what types of energies you allow in your life. Find your inner stability and maturity. Stand strong through adversity. See the lessons and embrace the love. Have confidence and believe in yourself. You are sooooooo capable. It’s up to you to see it and believe it. See the big picture. See how many pathways and opportunities are available to you. If you can’t see the good, you need to look higher. Level up the love and light in your life. When you feel down, make sure to meditate and change your vibes. Let’s see what the cards have to add.
Time feels like it’s slipping through our fingers… in many ways it is, but also, it isn’t, because life is always in perfect timing. It is always teaching us what we need to know for the next place we are going. Things happen for a reason, even if we can see that reason. We need to make the most of our lives now… here today. The things we think about, we are manifesting. If we think the world is going to shit, then it will because we believe it to be true. We are the co-creators of our reality. We don’t get to control everything, but we can control our outlook and our perspective. We can control the things we can do to make it better. Try not to stress. You will know more as time goes on. Enjoy today. Embrace happiness, relaxation, and positivity. As much as time is limited, it is also limitless. We are spiritual beings and we exist in all time and space. All these moments, we can come back to with our mind and soul. We need to make these moments magical.. we need to make them matter. We need to be happy while we can. Divine timing is always at play, and the Creator is helping things come to form as they are meant to. Trust. Trust in all of it. Trust that what’s coming for you will come as it’s meant to. Things don’t have to happen overnight. As long as you are doing your part and trying your best to stay positive and embrace your life, everything is going to work out just fine. Believe that miracles are going to show up right on time. Love is always right on time. Believe that everything wonderful that’s meant for you, is on the way to you. Make sure you are making space in your life and living in an energy that will be willing to accept and receive those wonderful things when they arrive. Make sure you are doing your part to get ready for all that is coming. Be open and free. Let go of the fears and thoughts that aren’t serving you. Keep going and keep staying positive and committed to high-vibe thoughts and feelings. See the big picture. Research options and make healthful changes. Everyday is preparing you for the next chapter. Stop forcing things or trying to know everything. We can’t know everything. Trust that things are going to work out, and that you’ll know exactly what to do when you need to. Pay attention to dreams and write them down, as there is guidance and messages being delivered. Focus on the things that make you happy. Focus on creating a life that serves your highest good. Trust that the answers will be there when you need them. For now, relax, enjoy life as much as you can, and sleep well.

I chose a wide variety of crystals to work with today. No matter how these relate to your life situation, they were chosen to provide some type of healing energy for you today, and throughout this week. The Hematite for grounding us to Earth. The Howlite to open the mind, and to reduce anxiety, tension and stress. The Moonstone is stress relieving, and it brings hope, enhances feminine energies, sensitivity, intuition and psychic abilities. The Banded Agate for healing of our mind, body and spirit. The Selenite for cleansing and clearing. The Crystal Geode for connecting to Earth, and symbolizes the beauty held within a hardened exterior. Pyrite for attracting luck, abundance and prosperity. Snow Quartz for spiritual purification, and connecting to the Angelic realm. Lastly, the Snowflake Obsidian helps to heal old patterns, and bring about balance to mind, body and spirit. It is representative of black and white, positive and negative, yin and yang. Brings balance and purity.
I don’t feel like this week is negative or positive, it’s merely a continuation of our journey. We know where we are going, deep down in our soul. We question why we do the things we do, but every choice really serves a purpose, a lesson. Of course, I am not surprised to see Divine Timing come up, as this has been something I have been talking about a LOT lately. Yes, things in our life may not be exactly as we desire, but it could be what’s right for us right now, to helps us learn what we need to learn. My friend came to visit me this morning, and every time we visit, we encounter synchronicity after synchronicity. We are definitely soul sisters of some sort, so I knew the reading I would do today would be extra inspired and synchronistic! I was discussing some things I wasn’t overly impressed with in my life, and how I felt frustrated about changing them, yet that I knew the time will come when things fall into place and work out in a better way, when the time is right! You Already Know, as well as Divine Timing confirm this for me! That I know why I am on the path I am on, and I am working to get where I need to be, and everything will happen at the right time. When it’s meant to. When everyone is ready. In it’s own Divine time and design. So whatever your struggling with in your life, ask your soul during some quiet time, what it is your struggling with, what you feel the lesson is, and where you think it will lead you. Pretend you are in the future looking back. Have appreciation for what you do right now in this very moment. Shielding is what is going to help us get from here to there. Practice shielding and clearing negativity from yourself, and becoming aware of how you to treat yourself and others. Envision yourself surrounded in white light for protection, or green light for healing, whenever you need it. When times inevitably get rocky, shield yourself, and hold on to your own inner happiness and passion, no matter what is perceived to be going on around you. Appreciate the Divine timing of each moment!
You Already Know – This card, ironically, comes to you when the answer is something you already know but are denying or require confirmation of. In this circumstance, the Angels are saying that you have the answer, and you also know exactly what to do to move forward. This card asks you to trust in yourself and the Divine order of the universe and do what’s best for you. Only good can come from listening to your guidance, and only good can come from trusting your own intuition.
Shielding – Although you may be strong at heart, your energy is among the most sensitive on the planet, which is why you feel so intensely in situations where others seem calm. For that reason, this card asks you to energetically shield yourself from negativity. Know that Angels are always around you to help. Simply ask Heaven to surround you with Angelic light, and know that you are protected. Anytime your in a harsh situation, immediately ask the Angels to shield you.
Divine Timing – This card means that the resolution of the situation you’re inquiring about is delayed by more than mere circumstance. Divine timing means that nothing can happen before the dynamics of your life are completely ready for it. Many factors are involved in Divine timing, including other people’s free will choices. If your wish is fulfilled at the wrong time, the conditions won’t be right and the manifestation won’t last or be permanent. Trust in the Divine order of things, and know that you’re on the right path toward the fulfillment of your wishes and your mission. Keep your faith strong, and be open to intuitive guidance that calls you to action. One step at a time, all of your prayers are heard and answered, exactly when they are supposed to be.
