The crystals I am working with for the week are Bloodstone, Ruby on Matrix and Tigers Eye. I use these crystals to connect to your energy, to connect to the message meant for you, and to send the healing properties of the crystal to you.
Bloodstone – Centering and grounding. Increases adaptability and organization. Lessens confusion, stress, and anxiety. A stone of courage. Brings renewal by releasing blockages. Heals emotional traumas and grief. It enhances the intellect. It is used to bring energy in many ways, including abundance, success and prosperity.
Ruby on Matrix – Helps you find new paths in life and gives you the energy you need to walk them. Helps to transform one’s life to a more desirable state. Useful when we need some help to find a new path, a new approach, or in any quest to gain that which we desire but do not yet possess. Helps you to realize love within yourself and express emotion.
Tigers Eye – A stone of protection that is also stabilizing and grounding. It enhances integrity, willpower, self-confidence, practicality and correct use of power. It is a stone that enhances good luck, and brings prosperity, often in the form of money. It can also help one see clearly without illusion.
We need to get ourselves grounded. We are letting our minds run wild with “what if’s” and “why’s”… We have been feeling unsafe, alone and fearful. We need to get back into our bodies, instead of letting our mind (ego) run rampant. Life is a series of challenges and events. You will win some, and you will lose some. It’s just the way it is. Don’t beat yourself up over the past. In fact, realize that you will need to forgive yourself in the future, because as humans we are always making mistakes and trying to learn from them. Love yourself enough to know that they are just that: lessons. We are always going to be students of life. When challenges arise, try not to panic. Try not to overreact and make irrational decisions. Sometimes, you just need to find your calm, ground yourself, and know that everything is going to be alright. When we can shift into that place of calm, there is much less stress and anxiety. Every time we shift to calm instead of becoming angered or fearful, we are healing ourselves. It’s time to take a new approach, realizing how much we are worth and pursuing all the things we truly desire. Use your power for good, for loving yourself and doing your best in this life. There is a lot of intellect, prosperity and success this week, which is good because I have exams! Let’s see what the cards say for the week.
The reason why we have been so anxious, fearful and stressed out, is because we are out of balance. Yes, we need to focus on our goals and work hard to achieve them… but we also need to remember the joy. We need to remember the fun. We need to remember to adventure. You have to allow yourself to find ways to be happy. I’m guilty… I’m a busy mom, and over time, I’ve just given up on myself more and more, mostly to convenience others. A noble pursuit perhaps, but one that is not sustainable. It will drain your energy and affect you in more ways than you would expect, and even manifests as health conditions. After I’ve done chores a million days in a row, it wears on me and makes me feel unhappy. Yet, I’m a people pleaser, and they wouldn’t be happy if they had to do it. So I continue to grow more out of balance until eventually, something is the final straw. I need to learn not to let anyone else affect my energy… I need to learn to take what I need… but sometimes, it’s just hard. It’s hard when you feel alone, or like you always get shit on, or like everything is your responsibility. At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter what other people do, all that matters is what you do. Do what you need to, for your own good, even if that means cutting people out of your life that don’t support you. The ones that don’t allow you room to breathe or be happy. It is perfectly ok to dedicate time to focus on you. Schedule your priorities and getting organized may help. You deserve to have fun. Go on an adventure, even if that means going alone. Go to a yoga class. Go have a nice meal, or maybe a massage. Do whatever you can to get yourself grounded and find a better balance in your life. Find the way to be happy and whole.
